Hotpot City

Hotpot City is an all-you-can-eat hot pot restaurant that brings its unique, interactive dining experience to Tukwila. Open for lunch and dinner, the restaurant centers the meal around a bubbling pot of broth, with diners cooking their own meats, seafood, vegetables, noodles, and other ingredients right at the table.

Make Your Own Meal: Diners sit in one large room at one of two rows, then choose ingredients from moving conveyor belts. In addition, friendly waitstaff come around to top off your broth or ask if you need more meat.

Highly Rated: The Seattle Times featured Tukwila's Hotpot City as one of the best new Seattle area restaurants when it opened in 2026. "The items on the conveyor belt are fresh and quickly replenished, especially as the dining room continued to fill up. The meats are all thinly sliced and flavorful," writes food writer Jackie Varriano.

Come Ready to Explore: Choose from nine different broths and many different meats, including Angus marbled beef, pork belly, chicken breast, and shrimp paste. Then add endless other ingredients such as cabbage, bok choy, shrimp, shellfish, scallops, fish, tripe, and many kinds of mushrooms and tofu.

The Vibe:
Hotpot City has a unique, lively atmosphere, with pop music playing and large video projections on the walls showing moving nature scenes, such as koi swimming through a pond.
